1. Waitresses have to walk as gentle as possible while serving the drink to retain the 3 layers. Haih, how much do I need to pay for such gentle waitresses?

I discovered this drink when I was studying in Kuching. It was really a nice drink. But then again, you have to find the right stall. The nicest one would be the stall near Kuching airport (erm… can’t remember the stall’s name). Secret Recipe??? I am still wondering how they manage to separate the 3 layers so well…..
